BUDGET + PRICING + FEES

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM?

For our Luxe Weddings, 100 guests or more, our clients typically spend $20,000-$30,000.

Our minimum for our Intimate with Ash + Oak weddings is $10,000 for the Bay Area. Anything outside The Bay has a minimum of $12,000.

We offer our Elope options for our smaller local San Francisco events. There is no minimum. A minimum of $5,000 for anything outside the Bay Area.

DO YOU OFFER ELOPEMENT WEDDING PACKAGES OR A MORE AFFORDABLE OPTION?

Yes! Our elopements are “designers’ choice” and are perfect for small events or styled shoots. They are the most adorable, and you still get the same style and quality. We offer 6 different color palette options and a variety of different items. There is a 5-item limit on your purchases. Anything above 5 becomes an Intimate order.

DO YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST?

No, but to get an idea of our prices, check out Elope. Our prices for centerpieces and bouquets are similar to our customized weddings. The only difference is that we charge a fee for our labor, design, and set-up of our Intimate and Luxe Weddings since they take numerous days and hours to make happen. But here are a few average prices $250-$450 for centerpieces, $295-$375 for bridal bouquets, and $25 for boutonnieres.

CAN WE MODIFY OUR ORDER?

You can add anything you like for our Luxe Weddings, but we must have a two-week notice before your event. If you want to change the style or color palette, this will be an additional fee, as we will have to create a second moodboard. We do not offer refunds for any items removed. These funds will move to another floral item. EX: You ordered 12 centerpieces but now need 11; the $375 from the centerpiece will become a bar arrangement you did not initially order.

For Intimate with Ash + Oak, you can add anything, but we must have one week’s notice before your event. You can change the color palette to another “designer choice option,” but we must have a month’s notice. You can not remove items, but you can move funds.

For Elope, you can not remove or change the items ordered; however, you can add on, but we must have one week’s notice before your event.

WHAT OTHER FEES APPLY?

We apply a 35% design, labor, and installation fee for our Intimate and Luxe weddings. This fee covers our production staff and on-site team.

Additionally, we apply a delivery fee. This fee is based on location, delivery logistics, van rentals, tolls, etc

Lastly, we charge a strike fee or clean-up fee. This fee varies depending on the size of the event plus when we are required by the venue to return to clean up.

The same fees are for our Elope weddings, but at a slightly lower rate since these events require less labor and less stress and are located within the Bay Area.

GENERAL INFO

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A WEDDING?

6 to 12 months before your date is preferred for Luxe and Intimate weddings. We can accommodate a shorter time frame. However, we cannot guarantee each couple complete creative control. Don’t hesitate to get the ball rolling! As for Elopements, we require at least a 2-week notice to confirm we are available; during peak wedding season April-October we take limited elopements so we can give all our clients 100% of our attention.

DO YOU OFFER CANDLES OR OTHER RENTALS?

Unfortunately, we stick with flowers only! We do have structures we rent from local vendors for our ceremony installation. If you’re interested in viewing these, we will send you what is available on your wedding date. These structures are available for Luxe and Intimate weddings only. For Elopements, you MUST provide all ceremony structures.

WHO IS DESIGNING MY WEDDING FLOWERS?

For Luxe, Intimate, and Elope, Ashley and/or Katie will be your lead designer. For large events, we have to bring on a few team members, but the stamp of approval will come from Ashley or Katie. For Elope and Intimate weddings, Ashley or Katie may not be the ones delivering your flowers, but we were the ones who created your arrangements.

CAN WE SUPPLY OUR OWN VASES?

No, our prices are designed to fit the vases we hand-selected. We have a beautiful inventory and promise we will have something you like. We understand you may think this saves money, though our prices have already been set to include this variable, and it takes us more time to arrange meetings and coordinate, which may lead to an increase or additional labor fee.

DO WE GET TO KEEP THE VASES?

For our Elope, you get to keep the vases. If you would like to return them to our studio in SF, we will offer you a $10 credit toward your next purchase. We LOVE recycling! You can pick to “buy” or “rent” our vases for your Intimate wedding. We will use vessels from our standard inventory if you choose to buy. Your centerpieces will arrive in our high-end hand-made vessels if you rent. If one of our vases goes missing/breaks, you are required to pay a fee, which will be the cost of the vase.

MAY WE SEE SAMPLES OF YOUR WORK?

The best place to find examples of our style is on our Instagram page. If you would like a mock-up arrangement, we are happy to provide samples for an additional fee. But please note that mock-ups are just examples, not exact replicas of the arrangements for your event, due to availability at the market the week of your wedding.

WHAT TO DO WITH MY BRIDAL BOUQUET AFTER THE WEDDING?

You can hang your bouquet upside down and it will dry out and look great in your house. OR, you can send your bouquet to a flower pressing company and they will press and frame your bouquet. ARE THERE DESIGN TRENDS YOU WON'T DO?

As floral designers, we strive to set trends instead of replicating played-out ideas that have clogged up Pinterest for years. We are not the florist for you if you want pampas grass, plain table-garladn, or a eucalyptus-heavy wedding. If you're unsure what you want - ask us some of our favorite new ideas! Rest assured that we won't lead you in the wrong direction and that we will create a floral design plan that reflects you as a couple and the venue you've selected!

DO YOU COLLABORATE ON STYLED SHOOTS?

Yes, we do; however, we only take one a year for trade collaboration. For collaboration, you must meet our shot list and contract requirements. Please inquire to see if we are available. We also collaborate with photographers and coordinators throughout the year but require payment for all materials purchased. These collaborations do not require a shot list since the product has been paid for.

YES, 100%, we aren’t monsters. We believe in equality for all human beings, regardless of race, gender identity, sexuality, or physical and mental ability. Everyone is allowed to commemorate their love no matter who they love. Love is love is love and everyone deserves beautiful flowers on their special day.

ARE YOU ECO-FRIENDLY?

We are constantly evolving our business to be as eco-friendly as possible. We pride ourselves on using 90% organic flowers from local farmers, composting, repurposing vessels, and minimizing plastic where possible. On a wedding-by-wedding basis, we strive to make each one a bit greener. We can not say we are 100% environmentally friendly yet as some design styles require foam or dyed floral - however, we are committed to finding new alternatives.
